PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Fully Welded Ball Valve is designed for reliable isolation service in water, oil, gas and general industrial pipeline systems. Unlike conventional bolted-body designs, the pressure-containing body sections are permanently welded together, eliminating body flange joints and reducing potential external leakage paths.

The combination of a carbon steel body, SS304 ball, PTFE seating and corrosion-resistant stem provides dependable operation across a broad range of pipeline services. Its compact construction also makes the valve particularly suitable for installations where space, reliability and reduced maintenance are important considerations.

KEY FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  1. Fully Welded Body Construction
The welded pressure-containing body eliminates conventional bolted body joints, helping minimize potential external leakage points.
  2. Compact & Installation-Friendly Design
The integrated construction provides a relatively compact valve arrangement, simplifying handling and installation in restricted pipeline locations.
  3. Low-Friction PTFE Seating
PTFE seats provide good self-lubricating characteristics and a low coefficient of friction, contributing to smooth quarter-turn operation and reliable sealing.
  4. Durable Sealing Components
Carefully selected seat and elastomer materials provide dimensional stability and resistance to ageing under compatible operating conditions.
  5. Anti-Blowout Stem Design
The stem retention arrangement is designed to prevent accidental stem ejection caused by internal pipeline pressure.
  6. Serviceable Stem Sealing System
The stem sealing arrangement is designed for dependable isolation and can be serviced or replaced where permitted by the valve construction.
  7. Enhanced Seat Sealing Arrangement
Multiple sealing barriers around the seat assembly provide additional protection against leakage and help maintain sealing performance over repeated operating cycles.
  8. Reliable Shut-Off Performance
The precision-machined stainless steel ball and resilient PTFE seat provide close sealing contact for dependable pipeline isolation.
  9. Reduced Maintenance Requirements
With fewer external body joints and a simple quarter-turn operating mechanism, the valve is well suited to applications where long-term operational reliability is required.
  10. Pressure-Tested Before Supply
Each valve can be subjected to shell pressure and seat tightness testing to verify pressure integrity and sealing performance before dispatch.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Water Distribution • Oil Pipelines • Natural Gas Systems • District Heating & Cooling • Utility Networks • Industrial Plants • Energy Facilities • Underground Pipelines • Process Systems • General Fluid Isolation

Technical Note: Maximum working temperature and pressure capability depend on valve size, seat/seal materials and actual service medium. Material compatibility and the manufacturer’s approved pressure-temperature rating should be confirmed before final selection.
