The Carbon Steel Butt Weld Eccentric Reducer (CS B/W Eccentric Reducer) is a wrought carbon steel pipe fitting used to transition between two different pipe sizes while keeping one side of the pipe flat — offsetting the centreline between the larger and smaller ends.
