BRASS THREADED PIPE FITTINGS – NPT & BSPT THREADS (AMERICAN STANDARD)

Brass threaded pipe fittings are designed for reliable fluid and gas connections, offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of installation. These fittings are manufactured in accordance with American Standards and are available in National Pipe Thread (NPT) and British Standard Pipe Taper (BSPT) thread types.

• Used to change the direction of fluid flow.
• Available in 90-degree and 45-degree angles.

2. Brass Hex Nipples

• Straight male-to-male connectors for joining two female-threaded pipes.
• Available in NPT & BSPT threads.

3. Brass Hex Bushings (Reducing Bushes)

• Used to reduce pipe size within a threaded system.
• Male x Female connection.
• Sizes: 1/8” x 1/4” to 4” x 3”

4. Brass Pipe Tees

• Used to branch a fluid line into two outlets.
• Available in equal (straight) tee and reducing tee configurations.
• Sizes: 1/8” to 4”

5. Brass Cross Tees

• Allows four-way flow connections.
• Available in equal and reducing configurations.
• Sizes: 1/8” to 2”

6. Brass Couplings (Full & Half)

• Used to join two male-threaded pipes.
• Available as full couplings (standard length) and half couplings (short length).

7. Brass Unions

• Allows easy disconnection of pipes without cutting.
• Male and Female Threaded Unions available.

8. Brass Caps

• Used to close the end of a male-threaded pipe.
• Sizes: 1/8” to 4”

9. Brass Plugs (Square & Hex Head)

• Used to seal the end of female-threaded pipes.
• Available in hex head and square head designs.
• Sizes: 1/8” to 4”

10. Brass Reducers & Adapters

• Used to connect pipes of different sizes or convert between NPT and BSPT threads.
• Male x Female (M x F) and Female x Female (F x F) versions available.

11. Brass Check Valves

• Prevents backflow in pipelines.
• Threaded connections in NPT/BSPT.

12. Brass Ball Valves

13. Brass Hose Nipples & Barbed Fittings

14. Brass Y-Strainers

THREAD SPECIFICATIONS

• NPT (National Pipe Thread) – Tapered thread per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 for secure, leak-tight connections.
• BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) – Tapered thread per ISO 7-1, BS21.
• Available in Tapered (T) and Parallel (P) thread variations as per customer requirements.

PRESSURE RATINGS

• Typically rated up to 150 PSI to 3000 PSI, depending on the fitting type and size.
